University of Hawaii - Manoa

Ph.D. in Education

Qualified graduate students can choose a specialty for doctoral study from the following: Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Administration, Educational Foundations, Educational Foundations - Policy Studies, Kinesiology & Rehabilitation Science, Educational Technology, or Special Education.

Master of Education in Teaching

Graduate students who hold a baccalaureate degree but no teaching certificate can complete this two year program to gain a foundation in teaching skills and earn teaching certificate credentials. The program combines on campus coursework with professional development opportunities in the public school system.
