Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology
From the first year of training, students at the Massachusetts of Professional Psychology are given hands on training, in the form of supervised clinical practice, in addition to challenging classroom academics to prepare them for the challenges of the mental health field. With faculty that supports the student body every step of the way from enrollment to graduation, students will leave MSPP with the capabilities to become leaders in their careers.
Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology Program
This is a two year program that prepares students for careers in the mental health industry. Students will be fully qualified for the Massachusetts State License for mental health counselors. The program combines real world application, hands on experience, and classroom learning to educate students on how to fulfill the needs of clients in mental health centers, substance abuse treatment facilities, counseling centers, and more.
Master of Arts in Forensic and Counseling Psychology
Graduates of this program will be qualified to assist clients involved in the criminal justice system. Through a combination of classroom study and field education, students will graduate with an understanding of psychological principles as they apply to the judicial, correctional, clinical, administrative, and educational systems. Students will be able to work in careers at court clinics, forensic units, child advocacy centers, and more.

The Graduate School at Assumption College
Assumption College is a Catholic college that was founded in 1904 by the Augustinians of the Assumption. Offering a classic liberal arts education, students entering into the graduate program are presented with modern day therapy techniques and cutting edge research information that will assist them in achieving their career and educational goals.
Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology
The focus of this Master's program is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and helping students achieve a high level understanding of this form of therapy as well as its practical applications. Classes are small to facilitate personalized instruction by a faculty with real world experience to share. The degree can be completed in two years after which students will be eligible for licensure as mental health counselors by the State of Massachusetts.
