University of New Mexico's Graduate Finance Program

This university was established in 1889 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The main campus is in the heart of the city and encompasses 600 acres of land. There are branch campuses in other areas of the state. Bachelor, master, and PhD degrees are offered at the university in several different schools and colleges. Well over 25,000 students are admitted yearly.

Master of Business Administration

There are four options for earning your MBA, including full-time, accelerated, and flex. These different programs are designed with different kinds of students in mind, from working professionals to those with finance or business backgrounds to those who have undergraduate degrees in a completely different area. These programs take place at different times of day and span from 12 to 46 months. There is also the 3-2 option that allows you to couple your undergraduate studies with your fifth year, needed to earn your MBA.

New Mexico State University's Graduate Finance Program

NMSU is located in Las Cruces, New Mexico. It was founded in 1888 and gained university status in 1960. Today, more than 30,000 students are enrolled to attend one of the eight colleges offered by the university. The College of Business is where a finance master's degree is offered. Close to a quarter of the students attending NMSU are there for the pursuit of their graduate degrees.

Master Business Administration

There is a basic MBA program that allows students to become well-rounded in many important business aspects like accounting, information systems, finance, organizational behavior and marketing. However, with the choice to specialize in an area, you become an expert in your given field. Finance is one field you can choose to specialize in. There are four courses that constitute the requirements of your specialization. These are Investment Concepts, Money and Capital Markets, Derivative Markets & Securities, and Advanced Financial Management. Since not all these required courses are offered every semester, it is important to plan your schedule accordingly.

New Mexico Highlands University's Graduate Finance Program

NMHU was established in 1893 and eventually gained university status in 1941. It is located in the heart of Las Vegas, New Mexico. There are a few other chain campuses located around the state. Five schools and colleges offer students degrees in different areas of study. About 3,500 students are enrolled every year, 46% of whom are graduate students.

Master of Business Administration

This is a 37-credit program that builds on the foundations of management, finance, economics, accounting, and marketing. The program also places an emphasis on administrative ability, financial decision making, managerial potential, and a long-term ability to plan.
