Ph. D. in Comparative and International Education

Qualified students can pursue a Ph. D. in Comparative and International Education. They must choose a discipline in which to specialize. Coursework for this program is divided into four categories. These categories are Core Courses, courses towards the concentration, Comparative Education/Transcultural/Area Studies, and Electives. In addition to these courses, a departmental certification exam, specialization exam, foreign language exams, and a dissertation must be successfully completed for the degree to be granted. Different courses studies in this program include Comparative Education and International Educational Development.

Ph. D. in Nutrition - Nutrition Education

Students can pursue a Ph. D. in Nutrition, with a specialization in Nutrition Education. Upon completion of this program, students can take leadership roles in many settings, including colleges and universities where they can serve as faculty members. Students must demonstrate competence in behavioral science, nutritional science, critical thinking and analysis, and the skills and knowledge related to nutrition education before they can graduate from the program.
