University of North Carolina at Greensboro's Graduate Finance Program
UNCG is a public university that was founded in 1819. After undergoing several name and status changes, it adopted its current title in 1963. At the university, more than 100 undergraduate degrees, 55 master degrees, and more than 20 doctorate degrees are offered from several separate schools and colleges. Almost all 50 states and more than 85 foreign countries are represented by the 18,600 students who are enrolled there.
Master of Business Administration, Finance
Two opportunities are offered to students who want to earn an MBA. There are day and evening classes offered for both full-time students and those who are working professionally and want to increase their marketability. Along with completing MBA core courses, your finance concentration will require you to take three of the following: Corporate Governance, Financial Statement Analysis and Security Valuation, Investment and Portfolio Analysis, and Financial Institutions.

Master Business Administration, Financial Management Concentration
There are seven concentrations to choose from in this degree, and the financial management choice will provide you with what you need to meet your long-term career goals. Required classes include Advanced Corporate Finance and either Quantitative Equity Analysis or Investment Theory and Practice. Other electives include Taxes and Business Strategy, New Firm Financing, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Both part-time and full-time MBA degree options are available at the student's convenience.
